도윤이와 현민이가 입학을 했습니다.
도윤이는 초등학교를 가게 되었고, 현민이는 어린이집을 다니게 되었습니다.
우리 집 모든 아이들이 문맹을 버리고 문명에 발들이기 시작한 것 같습니다.
작년 초 까지 까막눈이던 도윤이는 초등학교에 가기 위해 특훈을 했습니다.
한글과 셈을 깨치고, "이렇게 하면 선생님께 혼나!"라는 온 가족의 잔소리를 들으며 작은 습관들을 고치려고 노력하였습니다.
공부 하다가 책상에 엎드려 잠들때도 있고, 잔소리에 마음이 상해 시무룩해지기도 했지만 '초등학교에 들어가야 진정한 형이 된다.'는 사탕발림에 속아 눈물만은 보이지 않으려고 부단히 애썼답니다.
이모들의 발목을 잡고 어딜가나 껌처럼 붙어다니던 현민이는 어린이집에 들어가게 되었습니다. 얼마나 사교적인지 O.T에서 모든 선생님과 아이컨텍하고, 허그도 했답니다.
입학식 날에는 처음보는 교구에 두 눈을 번쩍이며 집에 가기 싫어 엉엉 울었답니다.
현민이는 같은 어린이집에 다니는 준혁이 형이 있어서 등.하원 시 울거나 별 탈 없이 잘 다닐듯 합니다. 아직 용변도 못가리고 대체로 발달과정이 느린 현민이가 선생님과 친구들에게 자극을 받아 얼른 일상생활기술이 늘었으면 합니다.
두 아이들의 입학식과 아이들의 개학을 마치고 맛있는 식사로 우리만의 작은 축하파티를 가졌답니다. 세상에 무서울 것 없는 중3 형부터 2013년 1학기를 시작하는 우리 아이들 모두 성실하고 무탈하기를 기도합니다.
